Last night at work, I was talking to a client and asked: would you like to see in a balanced diet to give you a healthy penchant? He said: low fat, low cholesterol, fiber, and probiotics. At first glance, this list does not seem to be much more that a meal without some kind of dietary biscuits taste. I’m happy to show it does not have to be the case. The first recipe that came to mind was a breakfast smoothie. Sometimes I think that this is a suggestion perhaps boring and obvious. But after delve even deeper in the conversation with the INSPIRER of my blog, I realized that there are some important elements that can be a fun new addition in the diet of some of you. The first thing to start is kefir. Here cover three fundamental priorities: protein, probiotics, and low fat.
I personally use the natural organic version low in fat. You will find kefir in the supermarket dairy section. It has the consistency of somewhere between milk and yogurt, comes in a variety of flavors, and has a variety of uses beyond the milkshake. I use unflavored kefir to make creamy dressings salad or as a substitute for yogurt. Then add ground flax seeds. This is an excellent source of omega-3 fatty acids and fiber. A scoop may be mixed with the milkshake and will not even be noticed. Organic frozen berries should be added also.
With them will get antioxidants and taste great. Frozen berries are collected at their peak of maturity so that flavor and vitamins have had more time to develop. I love the Blueberry, kefir, half a frozen banana or linen for a quick and delicious breakfast or a quick meal in the evening. As you can see, it is easy to make and deploy. This together with some exercises to lose weight and not even notice you do effort.
